Biography

Stefan Ficner was born in 1952.

In 1981, he graduated from PWSSP in Poznań (currently University of Arts) with a double degree in Lithography and Poster Design.

Between 1983 – 1990, he ran a non-commercial gallery called, Galeria Wielka 19 in Poznań, where he organised more than 200 exhibitions.

He is a professor at his alma mater, where he runs the lithography studio.

He has devoted his entire artistic life to lithography.
